Of sale all of our services are from hotel to hotel and the only authorized stops are for the use of bathrooms. (Airport Shuttle).

The Transport is shared with other passengers on other flights. (Airport Shuttle).

Payment Policy:

 

The passages can be purchased by email, phone or in the office of SiSiSi Transfers & Tours in Tamarindo.

Reservations require a payment in cash or credit card information at the time of booking. Credit card information can be provided via email, encrypted document (PDF), or call our number 26531616 during hours of 7 am to 6 pm.

 

When you send your reservation SiSiSi T&T CR issued a transfer order. In the event that has not been complied with the minimum of 3 persons, the customer will receive a notification and the transfer may be canceled or the customer can choose to pay the minimum amount of $75. The order of transfer is the passage. This document must be presented to the driver at the Airport. Payment to the driver of any balance will be handled at the time that are collected for embarking on your trip.

 

Limitations of Resposability

 

 Due to traffic, weather conditions, mechanical problems, driving routes and other circumstances that are beyond our control, we cannot be responsible for the outputs and / or late arrivals. As in the air transport, there are no refunds or partial repayments of the delays. SiSiSi T&T CR until the airport does not offer child restraint seats.

It is the responsibility of the parent or caregiver of the child to provide the child restraint system in the transportation of children, only in the case agreed with the company via email that we commit ourselves to supply is not our responsibility.

 

Reservation Policies

 

 That penalties apply if canceled the reserved services?

  • SiSiSi Transfers & Tours Costa Rica S. R. L does not refund any money for services not used refer to last minute cancellations or no show. In this case will be to collect 100% of the reserved services previously.

  •  Cancellations made with less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in its entirety.

  • In case of cancellation within 36 hours of the date of service SiSiSi Transfers & Tours Costa Rica S. R. L be charged to the customer 50% of the fare of the services that have been requested.

  • Once the unit output of our facilities if the service is canceled will be charged in full.

  • Cancellations made 72 hours in advance will be entitled to a full refund of the value of the service.

  • When you book with SiSiSi T&T CR Transfer to the airport we will take your flight number and expected arrival time so that we may be able to control their flight by the delays. You are responsible for keeping us informed of any lost connection, flight delays or cancellations.

  • If your flight is canceled in advance, we do not send the driver and wait for further instructions from you.

  • For the cancellation or modification of your booking, we ask that you notify our office by calling 26531616 or email sisisicostarica@gmail.com to inform us of any change to an existing reservation.

  • Any passenger who cannot be contacted, 60 minutes after it is confirmed in the flight landed will be considered as NO SHOW and the coach will not wait. The reservation will be canceled and fully charged.

  • All payments made by the booking will be refunded if it is canceled by SiSiSi T&T CR.

 

Lost Items:

 

Many bags look a like. Our drivers cannot be responsible for remembering that the bags belong to each passenger. When you arrive at your destination, please verify that it has recovered all their belongings, and that each bag, briefcase, computer, etc.

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. We do everything possible to return items that are in our vehicles to their owners, but we assume no responsibility for items lost, stolen, damaged, or out of place. Any charges incurred in returning a left behind item to its owner must be paid by the owner.

 

Conditions of Carriage:

 

SiSiSi Transfers & Tours Costa Rica reserves the right to use subcontractors to perform services on its behalf.

These sub-contractors for confidence may also provide a high quality of service as our company .These terms and conditions shall remain applicable in its entirety when SiSiSi Transfers & Tours Costa Rica S. R. l involves a contractor to provide services on its behalf.

 

We reserve the right to refuse carriage to any person deemed dangerous or not suitable for travel. Passengers who are denied boarding does not receive any type of reimbursement or compensation. Passengers who intimidate, threaten or interfere with any employee or travel companion may not ship. Vocal Tones raised is considered intolerant and will be treated accordingly. It is considered with the other passengers. Customers who are denied boarding will no longer be able to travel with us for future trips.

 

Luggage

 

  • 2 pieces of baggage not weighs more than 25 kg each.

  • Normal airline baggage - free of charge.

  • Additional elements or excess of size - $ 10.00 per article (surfboards, golf clubs, etc.

 

Animals

 

Animals are not allowed in SiSiSi Transfers & Tours Costa Rica S. R. l

 

Tips

 

Our airport charges do not include a gratuity. The tip is, of course, at its sole discretion and is highly appreciated by our drivers.
