Mangrove Boat Ride Tour

Your boat trip will begin starting with the Tamarindo estuary, this divides large beach of Playa Tamarindo. Guides are authorized by the MINAET Ostional and give the information in both Spanish and English. The Ostional Beach is the second largest in the world nest box turtle Loras. Here, on a beach of 8km, the turtles prefer only a small area of 990 meters to the spawning grounds. Quantities of turtles arriving from July to December, usually at night, in gibbous. The leatherback turtles come to Tamarindo in early October and nest until March, with the peak of activity that occurs between November and December. This tour is special for those who like nature and be part of unforgettable moments as is the spawning of the turtles.
